I don’t usually wear foundation because I can’t stand the feeling of it all day long on my skin but I wanted to try this foundation and I was blown away, it’s like wearing a filter and it really looks like skin and barely transfers, it lasted 12 hours and it was like I just applied it. I’ve been loving it!

I actually had medical doctors recommend melatonin to me for sleep. It doesn't mess with other medications that I'm taking and one doctor told me it has very little side effects. I think you need to be careful before saying things about supplements and such unless you've talked to at least one established doctor. I always enjoy your videos

You could try to put the self tanner on your hands and wash it off after 30 min to an hour! It really helps to get a great color without being so obviously darker than the rest!

I highly recommend you research keto and carnivore diet regarding your brain fog! The thyroid is often the underlying cause of brain fog and fatigue and people had overwhelmingly great results with these types of diets in this regard! 2-4 weeks are a great starting point to see if it helps your issues!

I stay away from Neutrogena products because they are so chemical filled and the chemical dry shampoos usually give me a headache so I use clean ingredient dry shampoos. 🙂

I’ve gotten many great product recommendations from you over the years that quickly became favorites for me. Thank you for everything. I must say that I’ve struggled off and on for many years now with my mental health. It was pretty clear that my inner struggles with self comparison to many others on FB, IG and SC was really affecting me a lot, so I basically disconnected from all of it. Through it all the one constant escape from reality for me was the beauty community on UA-cam.
